Top Of The Class

My Mamee is close to getting me the whole collection of my Top Of The Class book collection. My first book was on Ellie the elephant. This I got when I turned 17 months. Yesterday I got 3 more: George the giraffe, Kit the koala bear and Zoe the zebra.

I have four more to collect and my collection will be complete! Next mission - Little Einsteins! My favorite and I love rocket!

"AhhhhhhMin"

Last night Mamee taught me to say Amin or perhaps in my own way; AhhhhhMin! Mamee taught me that after prayers, we have to say Amin. I loved the word. I kept saying it over an over again. Because of that Dadee and Mamee took me to 1Borneo. I was supposed to get a toy from Toys 'R' us. So in the car, I humoured them with AhhhhhMin! and when we reached 1Borneo, I shouted AhhhhhMin! on every corner. It's such an easy word. Too bad Mamee forgot our membership card and so Dadee had to put my toy back up the shelf. Boohoo. Ok, next week I want my rocking horse! AhhhhhMin!!!!

Happening Sunday

First of all, I want to wish my Aunty Teena a Happy Birthday and may her life be filled with prosperity and longevity.
My Sundays are always filled with happenings. If last weekend, we sent off Nenek KL off to the airport and had dinner with Aunty Aai, Uncle Awang and Lil Keysha, we had breakfast at Fook Yuen - loved the noodles and the chicken cake. The place was filled with kids my age and I just can't stop looking at cute boys. Front and back, they were eye candies. Hehehe. They waved at me but I played hard to get. Dadee bought me those little fan-like flowers. I blowed with all my might and it spinned. Looks like I'm ready for my 2nd birthday.

We headed off to busy Gaya street and I saw so many animals. First I saw siamese kitties. I saw all types of doggies and hamsters. I also saw bunnies and birdies and fishies too! Wow, all that in one area and it was a hot day to be in such a place. I was sweating a little and luckily there was spots where Dadee can take cover for me. I walked and got carried on his shoulders now and then. It was an interesting place with all sorts of people too.

Today

Today I realised Nenek Likas is not around to wave me goodbye at the gates. Mamee said Nenek Likas is at Mecca performing the Haj. Oh, so that's why we sent him off to the airport last Tuesday night. I was too agitated with the surroundings at the airport that I didn't want to hug and kiss Nenek Likas goodbye. There was too many people and my parents forgot to take pictures of his departure. We couldn't go in with him to check in because of the crowd and because we weren't allowed to. But we found out the next day that my Nenek Likas was on TV. Their departure to the Holy Land was capture on the local news and my Nenek Likas was seen shaking hands with the Head of State. I'm so proud of Nenek Likas. He called us twice from Mecca. Nenek, we pray that you'll perform the Haj with great strength. Insyallah..

Today Mamee didn't see me standing next to her and I fell to the floor on my head. I immediately cry and Mamee quickly picked me up. Luckily the floor is made of wood. I was ok and Mamee felt so bad. It's ok Mamee. I can still remember where my buttock is and my bebem. (wink, wink)

My Nenek KL left for KL on Saturday. Now it's just the three of us at home. Me, Mamee & dear Dadee.

Water Phobia

We went up the highlands yesterday. It was my first trip up there. The air was cool and I had on my denim jacket. I had a mild fever but that didn't stop me from joining the trip. Dadee said the air should be ok for me and he wanted to take me to the hot spring.

There was a sulfur pool and I had to go in with Dadee. I cried because I kind of have this great phobia on big pool of water. I don't know why but it's scary. After awhile, I thought it was just too fun and scary at the same time. I still think chilling in my bucket of warm water at home is better. Mamee said I shoud be bathing in my baby bath tub. Someday, Mamee! I was bitten by an unidentified insect on Tuesday and my right foot was just so itchy. The sulfur pool dip was good. My foot wasn't swollen anymore when we reached home last night. My foot doesn't itch anymore.

Happening Weekend

Wow, what a weekend it has been. Firstly, my Dadee came back from KL on friday night. Then on saturday morning, my Nenek Kl, Tok Muda & Tok Chu came from KL. They're all here for my Nenek Likas's kenduri. The kenduri was yesterday morning and it was havoc. There were so many of Nenek Likas's relatives from Weston. I met my cousins and it's nice to meet up with them. My aunties and uncles and also my neneks from Weston all loved me. Hehehe. I am so full of myself. I just loved the attention. Aunty Julia and Zeebah came as well as Uncle Ag and Uncle Ade. Aunty Aai had something on and Aunty Amy had to leave for KL early in the morning. The kenduri ended late noon but some friends of Nenek KL came to wish Nenek Likas luck for the coming haj.

At the end of the day, I'm a toddler who slept through the night but around 3am, I woke Mamee up for a bottle of milk. How was your weekend? I'm looking forward to meet a friend from London. He's coming back next month. (wink, wink)
